    I don't have a ROL, but does it work in PvP or does it only work in PvE?

    It works in PvP, but only until time runs out and regen is blocked.

    It DOES NOT work on arena at all. It only works in pve including open areas PVP mode. But again, it does not work in matches. Thus, lots of tanks prefer other rings, blood moon being one of the options thanks to 1 item set bonus.
