    Hi! I haven't played in a while and i saw that Trinkets got added. Do the runes and jewels added to the trinkets have a general effect or is it better to add them to equipment directly?

    You can't add runes or jewels to equipment. Equipment now only accept gems.

    All enchantments on equipment now only impact the base values and any gems added to that individual piece of equipment; no on-equipment enchantments impact general stats / values from gems on other items.
