RUNE TRINKET accidentally deleted

    Hello good day! This Friday, December 5, 2020 and around 2:30 pm (Brazil), I was in Cardhun disintegrated exchanging the TRINKET RUNE with 5 spaces for one of the 6 spaces at the time of the exchange I ended up excluding the Trinket with Runes by mistake (2 Runes of magical Destruction and 1 Rune of Destruction improved) and (1 Rune of Magical Strength) and the other that I don't remember at the moment. It may not be much, but I had a hard time getting them. Could you check this out to get them back? According to the rules for recovering gems and runes (https://board-en.drakensang.com/thr...ion-de-personajes-u-objetos-eliminados.77824/) yes it's possible ! I sent a message to the support Brazil but it is horrible and I was denied the request for recovery without wanting to say why ... Please help me!     We cannot assist you with your issue here. The only way to recover deleted items/chars is through your Support and only when you meet certain reqiurements. It is entirely up to your language Support to investigate and then make decision whether to restore your item or not.;
