    Been crafting legen skulls for past couple of months, out of the ones I've crafted ( 100+ ), like 30 since it costs, these are the ONLY 2 that are....decent... http://scr.hu/2jhp/q4nji So sad...

    Block rate and block reduce lines don't seem to show up much anymore on block gear since r139. I'm playing a DK and a SM and it seems like crit and damage are more likely to show up than block lines, and I imagine its the same for SW.

    It definitely seems that way for Ranger too. I'm starting to think some of my 45 gear will be very useful in a level 50 world.

    I like my Old Royal Crystal...i would not spend more time trying to get a better level 45 off hand defensive. You can upgrade if you want it to block more!
