Screen loading time on map change

Hi guys,

My screen loading time is quite long, around 30-40 seconds when changing maps. Have no lag, good, speedy connection, but this screen loading time is very annoying.
When in a group, everyone has to wait for me.
Any suggestions?

I am referring to a long time green bar fill. This is very frustrating, non of my friends have this issue. They actually lag in the game more than I ever do, but for some reason, this loading time (green bar) is way longer than anyone else's.

Hoping to get some assistance

 

Just in case anyone else runs into this issue, -Skygazer- replaced his modem and it seems to have fixed his issue. Not sure if there was a problem with his modem and DSO, or if the settings/ports were not set up correctly.

That is correct, replaced my powerful N600 DB Dual-Band N+ router with my older TP-Link (not sure of the specifications on it, has 3 antennas) router and voila, instead of 30-40 seconds map loading time, I barely blink and it's loaded (3-5 seconds)
