    Hey there,

    If you are talking about the old parallel world, it has been discontinued for quite a while now.

    You can now access the new parallel worlds through The splintered city of Cardhun. You will unlock access to the parallel world at lvl50 and the Anderworld storyline once you finish the main questline in Qaizah (so ~lvl55).
