No, they need 30-60 minutes for fixing the Mortis bug. The rest of the time is waiting for the next working day to come.

 

it started happening a lot aftre r 118, update ur java version maybe. its happenign to a lot of ppl.

 

It is happening both with thin client and browser. And thin client doesn't need Java.

 

Sometimes lag and dc problems affect a server, probably cuz of faulty code cuz of a new update.

even though I'm not on Grimmag, I also noticed (and said several times) that when the bug is good for us (mortis) they fix it asap, but when it is bad for us, players, they wait several releases to fix it...

 

Thats it guys.It seems you are not interested to fix the problem at all.When it comes to money you are first, when theres a bug that helps the players in game you fix it in one hour.But when we cant play normaly you dont CARE.So what we have to do for your attention ? Pay more maybe ?I have a question for you - what if there was a problem with the payment system ? Oh , dont answer me i alrdy know the answer.It would propably take you an hour or less to fix that.With every update you put some new stuff theres always a few more bugs after that.My patience is wearing thin.Ill give you a few more days to fix that and then im done.Ill quit playing this game.

 

Agathon is down now, no idea how long this has been... last I was on was ~16hrs ago. Can't even get to my character list before access failure. Clicking retry just makes it hang indefinitely.

I initially tried right at 2hrs ago, and the same deal was happening, so went to grab dinner and came back with it still out.

 

Agathon server had massive failures to connect through thin client and through the website. It lasted tonight for hours of no service.
I heard that BigPoint fired all their good developers, and are just taking their profits. As customers keep bailing out, that shouldn't be for too long.

 

So, I started a char on Tegan (which works incidentally) to kill some time waiting, but will that affect my regular chars on Agathon at all?

 

No, it won't. Characters only influence each other when they are on the same server.

 

It would seem that all the servers have problems,......has the game attracted more players than the servers can handle?.. I too have the same problem on Tegan, which has only just started this month, after playing everyday for the last 18mths. I am starting to look around for other games..
