Only the author of the video knows the truth; he doesn't say in the comments if he got the ingredients from the past event, but the answers he gives to the question are ambiguous...

 

There is a lot of talk/post on Discord about the new weapons 250% damg Aura not activating and I was just trying to find out was this a FACT or just speculation because nothing has been said from the DSO Team.. and if so was it affecting all classes or just one class, word is the SM new weapon isn't working.. any info would be greatly appreciated..

 

This is just a dwarf issue afaik

DSO team, normally there's a smuggler event on each month, it hasn't occurred this month - is it possible for us to have one before the month ends?

The abilities of the new mythical weapon (Roaring Immortal Dragons) do not work on the dwarf, for example the ability when the cross-shaped aura appears and the damage increases! Do the abilities of the mythical weapon work fine on the other characters? Are the developers aware of this bug?

And so you think people will keep playing, 90 entries for the weapon and it gives me helmets from the first map, it's shameful 3 years for a weapon... no comments, one more who leaves the game, I'm not going to wait another year...

 

Yes some players have tried to get this weapon for many years and still have no luck.. I myself included took me 4 years to acquire.. but even though sometimes we don't get what items we want when the event is active.. I myself get discouraged some times but I still enjoy the "NOT KNOWING" if the item is going to drop or not it's what keeps me playing for 14 years now.. but DSO really does need to increase the % drop rate of most material items.. now for gear I think keeping the drop % very low is good this way it makes the player continually play the game in hopes to maybe get the item.. ether way most players will never stop playing DSO until it shuts down no mater what direction it's heading in myself included.. it's what makes DSO unique and has made it last this long..

 

I gotta vent and complain here about the drop chance for Grimace of the thunderbeast - or any other legendary item being dropped from dracanian challenge arena .. With my friends we did altogether around 190 runs (38 runs each) and no one has gotten this weapon nor any other legendary drop ... This simply is not fun.
I am new to this game and friends are helping me get better. I enjoy grindy games but this is just mind boggling - just imagine - playing solo i'd do 190runs and i wouldn't receive a single thing?? I've read also about some russian guy doing 200+ runs with no results either?

(Very similiar thing happend in event on July where we were farming cloaks and belts from the boss event, and from all the runs we did, only two received a cloak ..)

This game extremely disrespects their players time. It's very disappointing

 

Everyone can keep complaining about droprate....nothin will change.

Quit the game and enjoy life or keep playing and.......well be frustrated as fk

 

You're new and you're complaining about not having the weapon? And on top of that, they're helping you, and you keep complaining about not getting it? There are completely new players who don't even get any help, or they have to ask for help in the main chat, and yet they keep trying. Like the guy above said, I haven't had the weapon for four years, and you already want it just because you're new? I got the weapon 3 years after reaching level 100, I don't know what's happening lately with the "new" players who want to be strong overnight, if you complain because you didn't get the weapon you can try the next year and the next and the next, that's what this game is about farming and farming, in the end many of those who get the weapon, especially new players, won't find it very useful, because it's not just about having the weapon and already having a lot of damage, the gems, the runes, the jewels, all of that is much more important than just having the weapon, most of the new ones who get the weapon will keep it until they can use it, in the end, the one who has the most patience in the end gets what he wants.

It's because of selfish players, like you, that most new players quit the game early. They never get the help from the older players, and you have a problem with him getting that help.

He is not even asking for help, he is simply pointing out the horribly and insanely low drop rate of the anniversary weapon; he (and friends) did 190 runs in total and still didn't get a single drop. He is raising a very valid point.

If you have nothing good to share and are only going to bully and push new players away and behave selfishly and only give the game a bad name in the process, I would advise you to do all of us a favor and stay off this forum.

I see you lack reading comprehension or are blind, but don't worry, I'll help you understand the message.

The guy is complaining because he won't let go of his weapon as a new player and receiving help. He clearly says his teammates are helping him, and yet he wants the weapon as soon as possible with only 38 rounds. My question is, why the rush? Is the desire to be strong so quickly so great? I have teammates who, even after 5 years of leveling up to 100, haven't let go of their weapon, but they keep trying. We already know how this game is and its farming style. What do you expect? To have BGH, an anniversary weapon, and all the runes in 1 year? And no, it's not being selfish, many have improved on their own in the game and sometimes with help, but they don't always have it, and even so they remain steadfast farming and playing even if they haven't dropped their weapon in 1, 2, 3 or 4 years in a row, you know how this game is, you know what its drop rate is, as the guy above said, if it's so hard for you, you can leave and that's it, nobody is forcing you, whoever wants to improve will dedicate time and effort to getting things, and whoever doesn't can simply leave
