    I play on Tegan but if I start a new character on Heredur will the game lag on me because I am in the US west coast area?

    Depends on your internet connection. With good internet there will be good and no lag but sure the delay will be higher due to far distance.

    You can try pinging both your current and the desired server to see if the difference in ping is too big. Or just make a test character on the other server and see if it is playable.
