    1. Check if your system is better than the minimum system requirements.
    2. Check your connection. (that doesn't apply for connection only but all network gear and devices)

I think that My system isn't the problem because that issue happens only in pvp battles

I dont know, I always have problems with pvp on my laptop on 2.4 ghz wireless, but since adding and switching to the 5 ghz band the results have been better.

Still not as good as gigabit ethernet.

I also get better pvp performance when I use my computers with a modern gpu versus those with older gpus or even integrated intel gpus.

Whenever you enter an area, whether urban, pvp, wilderness, or private dungeon; you will download new content including that of your opponents emotes, skins and armor. In the case of PVP, you could be battling against opponents wearing armor not already in your cache. This is a fact and not a theory. This does have some impact on initial load in PVP but by round 2 you probably wouldn't notice it at all.

As far as i know, PvP does require a lot more from your PC than everything else.
You will have to play on a proper computer for playing PvP. Even if you don´t get blackouts or lag, low FPS can be what kills you half the time.

But what you describe could be from either slow internet or bad PC-system.
Does it help to turn of some of the high graphic-settings in the game? If you remove shadowgraphics, the PC need a lot less data to load.

You could maybe also try a wired ethernet, that can make your connection far faster and much more stable.

    GL!
