    I came up with one idea. Currently im farming for 2-3 uniques. And im really tired always holding ctrl button. What about something like unique sound for unique items? Something like choir or some sort of that sound.

    do you really want another sound?, its bad enough listening to the clanking of armour, dragons grunting and coughing...

    well i thought of that. then, maybe, i would suggest to die item in yellow, not in grey if its unique item.

    Would it not be easier to make the ctrl function a toggle? so you can turn it on when needed and leave it on as long as needed ... then turn it off when not needed.
