Spam emails

    I keep getting emails from BigPoint. They offer a bonus package of goodies for being a Hero. None of them connect to a real webpage, which make them false advertising and spam.

    Support has not been able to stop this bs in the past.
    Can someone fix this?

    You can turn them off at your main page settings.

    BTW yes they are connecting you to the real web page ... but different server. (probably you have characters on other servers as well)

    I turned off the newsletters in My Account. Hope it works.
    I had toons in 2 other servers, but purged them to stop the dead links. Still I get the dead links. Wouldn't be so bad, if they actually delivered what they promise.

    I never get this e-mails and I never had to enable/disable nothing in my account. So I will say that this e-mail is something BP planed as reward but never finished it as it should be.

    Hit that sweet SPAM button and you'll solve the issue after a few mails.

    I just received the same message with the same bonuses . but when I click to receive it just dnt open .
