spamers with fake cities and hack acounts

    Can u at least fix problems with people 24 hours spaming chat with fake cities which will give u free ander etc..game can t be played any more...In winter event u have bug that last 5-6 days relog-refresh mape every1 played and u didnt fixed in 1 day not 2 day ...u nedeed 6 day...now every1 spaming with fake cities in every chat(general etc) u cant ask ore write for party is that goona thake 6 days to fix?Is some1 working there ore u can just do what u woona in this game?We are paying for this game so if something like this hapends 1 day is max to fix it.Sry for bad english best regards
