Still have not gotten my level back

    Hi i sent in a ticket to support and they asked for my info so i gave it to them, i then waited 2 days but still no change in my lvl, i was lvl 21 now lvl 41

    EDIT

    i was farming in dragan event in hard map with a group of friends when we killed one of the mobs with special attributes... then everyone in my group lvled up i lvled to 41 another friend lvled to 45 and 2 other friends lvled to 33 they all got there lvls back im the only one who has not.... please help
    please fix soon its urgent
