stuckt help needed!!

hi guys, please help me out here .
i cant enter to the new city Nahuatlan.
I have made all the previus quest is required , i have beaten Khalys in Agathons alliance 5 times
and hothing happens.
I dont even found the quest on my quest list ??? im sure i have it before..!
any suggestion where to start over? or what to do?

That is not Khalys in Agathon's Alliance Hall.
After finishing this quest http://drakensangonline.wikia.com/wiki/The_Face_of_Betrayal you should be able to take other quests that will lead you to Nahuatlan.

 

thank you, yes she dasnt call Khalys now i see, but i have bean there in Ahathons hall , and beat her up like 5 times , but no question mark appear or nothing to pick up for the quest. where could i start again this quest? bacuse its not even on my quest list. all quest i have left its in Nahuatlan city and cant get there.

 

Return to all previous maps (urban areas and wilderness) and see if any quest left unfinished.

i have a problem to get to Nahuatlan city.
i have finished all the required quest.
the The Face of Betrayal quest which should take me to the city is not exist on my list.
im sure i have started , because i have bean at agathons hall and did beat the monster there
5 times, and nothing happens. No quest mark appears after that, and not even quest is available for me to atleast restart the quest.
the only quest i still have is to kill the 400 or 500 monsters to get the key to agathons hall,
but when i enter and kill her , nothing happens . i dont even have the quest on my list .
Please help , im getting frustrated, i have send 3 mails to soupport , no one helps me..
its bean a week im trying to get it nahuatlan

You don't have to send multiple tickets to support ... send only one. You will get a message ... then reply to that message because the first message is automatically generated. After that you will have response from the people working there.

BTW what level is your character?

 

char 50. the reason i send multiple letter because only one reply came where they ask me if i have finished the required quest... that was 3 days ego...
im a daily player , premium , so i do except a little more help... looks like no one can explain whats going on.

 

You see, that mentality doesn't help. I'm sure that it is something simple that you are likely missing, but when you start going off about your expectations without letting support do their thing, you'll quickly lose sympathy here.

Keep up the dialog with support and listen to what they say. More tickets won't speed things up, it will just make things more cluttered and slow them down overall.
