Announcement Support Maintenance - 28.01.2020

    Dear Heroes,

    We would like to inform you that we will perform an upgrade on our support system, in two different sessions, which will require maintenance / downtime.

    Tomorrow, the 28th of January 2020, support will be under the first maintenance, between 8 am CET (UTC+1) and 5 pm CET (UTC+1).

    During the maintenance you will be able to send tickets, but:
    1. You will not receive an auto-reply e-mail as confirmation;
    2. We will be unable to answer your tickets.

    Nothing will be lost, however. Once the maintenance is over, you will receive the confirmation e-mail, and the support teams will be able to start answering your inquiries.​

    The second upgrade / maintenance is yet to be scheduled, but we will let you know as soon as the date is set.

    We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience during these delays.
