Support

Hi all,
I want to ask all of you . Did you write something on support and you wait 14 days for answer. It's happened to me right now(14 and still now answer)
I try to open another ticket where I say that i still wait for answer on my original ticket. And admin say that i don't need to open new ticket, I just need to write in my original ticket(use "reply"function). I use that and write on original ticket again. And still they didn't answer me (5 days). Then i write them again: That i still wait for answer. And they tell me the same thing : i don't need to open new ticket, I just need to write in my original ticket(use "reply"function) .
I ask them about very very big problem that I have.
I just want to ask all of you, did this happened to you to.
And can someone tell me what to do? It's a very very very big problem (for me)

I'm not sure I understand. However, after you sent your first ticket, there would have been an automated reply from Bigpoint. Open that email and reply to it. That's all I can tell ya. Good luck.

 

Lokus1234: The forum is not the place to discuss Support tickets. We are unable to assist you here. Reply to your original ticket and stop spamming Support with new tickets regarding an issue that you have already had a clear answer for. Thanks.
