    I need some real help, I don't know if DSO's support team is really busy or just plain bad. I have had my last 4 tickets resolved and they mark it as resolved and when i send another ticket to push further to get things done, it ends up no where, in the most recent one that I'm going through right now, I haven't heard a reply in I think over 24 hrs now. Please fix this, I would apreciate it
     
  2. You have two options:
    1) Be patient. Support is staffed by volunteers. They also have family to look after, jobs/studies to attend, businesses to run, etc. or,
    2) Volunteer to join the team, prove your capability, and volunteer in Support. That'd likely speed it up a bit.
