SW skill bug in chain lightning.

    Hello support,
    well, here is it.
    using chain lightning at close proximity. the damage is not dealt on mobs or players in pvp like old bug that happened with SM characters, especially with one handed weapon and it is like no damage done even though we are affected. some times when we mind control and use singularity , the singularity cool down happens but no singularity appears and no arm break/or its skill happens.     i hope this is reported to tech support or taken up by any admins .. to appropriate forum for redressal at the next patch.
