    Is this mount still obtainable?
    If yes then how can someone get it?

    According to DSO Wiki it was still possible to get that mount last year - my guess- and only guess- is that you should be able to obtain it this year too. Here is where you can read all about it.

    i dropped it from amphora for one key. 3 times in one day... never opening amphoras for 1 again on dragan event (expect mini events locations)

    Yes it is 100% obtainable i dropped it from an amphora chest this year

    Well, I've used around 100 amphora keys during the last 2 events and didn't get s... it.
    It's all about (un)luck. :rolleyes:
