    Hello ,if i put paysafe from other country the flag change but the technical support change? or stay on my country? and how can move to have other technical support? beacuse on my country is very sucks.
     
  2. No, your a/c registration details will remain unchanged. e.g. if your a/c is registered as gr_GR (Greek language, created in Greece), it will continue to show as that. This means that your designated DSO Language Support Team will remain the Greek team. You are welcome to contact any language team you prefer for game-related or general a/c questions, but only your own language team can assist you with a/c edits - this includes altering quests and restoring items.

    If you have had a minor disagreement with your DSO language team, I would suggest that you persist and try to sort out your differences with them. Each language team is comprised of volunteers. They give their time to assist DSO players because they enjoy the game themselves and want to help others enjoy their DSO experience too, or because they simply like helping people. Or both.

    If you really, really cannot communicate with your designated DSO language team, you can explain the situation in detail to a language team of your choice (via a ticket to that team), requesting a change of language team for your a/c, and they will forward your request to their ICM. But you should understand that each language team has the same set of rules that they have to follow. The chances are, if you are unhappy with the response from one team, you would be unhappy with the others too.
