Support Tegan connection problems – We are gathering information

    Dear heroes of Dracania,

    We are aware that some players in Tegan are constantly experiencing connection problems. This has been happening prior to the global latest issues and it is something we would like to investigate with your help. If you are a hero playing in Tegan and you encounter any form of connection problem (most recurrent ones are Error 23 and All Connection Attempts Have Failed”) please contact our Customer Support team.

    Try to be as descriptive as possible in the ticket with your issue and please provide us with the following information:

    o Account ID
    o Country
    o Internet provider
    o Type of error / Exact message you are receiving
    o Supposition as to how the error was triggered (for instance, if it happened after you changed maps, or browsed through the inventory, or after opening the locker…)
    o Were you solo or playing in a group?
    o Approximate date and time (ETC, CET, PST) when the error appeared
    o Please let us know if exiting the game completely after the error appears (closing all DSO processes via the Task Manager) and loging in after 10-15 minutes helps you anyhow.
    o Any other comments that you may consider relevant


    We are trying to gather as many data as possible so we can investigate where the problem lays. Your cooperation there would be highly appreciated.
