teleport lost all progress

    OK, so I'm on Grimmag server. I grind throught the Dragon Caverns, and then through the Hidden Sanctum. I hit teleport to get back to town, and it puts me back at the entrance to the Sanctum. OK, I think, I'll teleport back to town from here. THEN I see that it has lost all my progress since I started palying nearly an hour ago.

    Now, I realise that the whole game is a massive waste of everyone's time, but I would like to keep some progress from my time-wasting please....

    I believe this is a bug. I've experienced it on only one of my characters consistently and have reported it to Support. They've forwarded it along to BigPoint and I've yet to hear back. I'm playing my other characters at the moment and hoping it is fixed soon. I really wanted to move that character up.

    Yesterday Grimmag was having difficulties ... long time loading, unable to connect errors ... etc.

    I don't know if the issues are still present ... I will check later.
