Temporarily banned

    I got an email saying that there is a new bonus code, so i tried to login to redeem it. But when i tried to login in grimmag, this message popped up:

    This account has been temporarily closed. As a result, you cannot currently log into Drakensang Online. The reason for this is that the Terms of Use have been either strongly or repeatedly violated. Should you have any questions to this temporary account closure, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

    I think its because i accesed a link i saw in the chat (the game chat) of someone who spammed it there, saying about free deluxe account or smth. And i gave my username and password i think. (i changed my password right after in case anything was going to happen) I dont even know... i just want my account back :(

    I have contacted support but i dont think theyre going to do something... please help me, i have done nothing wrong and i have paid lots of money in my character...

    Also, because im pretty sure this isnt gonna get fixed, how long does a temporarily ban lasts?

    We repeatidly say that these links are fake and illegal. You should know this. Your account probably will never be accesible to you again. So... get used to it and create a new account. Even if the ban stop existing, i don't think you will get back your account. Be more carefull next time.

    how could anyone believe those spammers in the chat, even tough they are clearly bots spamming the same lines and they are clearly swindlers

    Man, you must not believe anyone who asks for your password and offers ridicolously high rewards for such a little price

    Have you seen the bonus codes given by BP?They don't offer such generous rewards

    and that is me being nice, because i could have raised questions about your brightness

    i know man it was really stupid of me giving my password, now whatever happened, happened. Im obviously not gonna screw up like this again. Now what i really care about is if im gonna get my account back. It says its temporary ban but as VoulaAek1 says im not gonna get it back.. Is this true? And if not (it is temporary) how long does a temporary ban lasts?

    Edit: Im not really banned from my account, im banned from the Grimmag server.

    if it's a temporary ban it should be lifted after a period of time
