Terrible, terrible lag

Hello,

I tried to restart the game client many times without success. I can't play the game as it is:

- I can't switch characters.
- I can't see monsters attacking me.
- Monsters seem invincible.

What should I do to play this game?

There have been some issues with character switching lately... some kind of bug-loop they're trying to fix. Monsters seem invincible and attacks aren't displayed purely because of lag; I get that too sometimes.

What you can do is switch characters by the old-fashioned log out-log in method and select your desired one... as for the lag, you can try to lower the quality from the in-game settings and then restart the client... though it won't be the same gaming experience.

Other than that, I don't know. However, it'd be useful to give some more info on the matter (your server, places where lag is intense, etc.). For some odd reason I think I have a problem with chrome and the game. I do get a system lock when I try to login. System locks up for 2 mins but then is fine but the game play is subpar I then exit game from chrome and play in another browser and game play so much better. The thin client works well. If I have chrome opened in the background it get huge lag.

Where am I going with this. If your having lag with one browser try another and then thin client. See if your system DSO and the browser might just have a compatibility problem. Try clearing the cache of the browser.

 

I'm having the same issue. Ever since this release I haven't been able to play. Login screen...lag. In-game....lag.
