    Since R115, I have twice had items disappear from my main inventory page (inventory page 1). Happily, those items reappeared, but the disappearance is distressing, and what if I happen to lose something permanently?

    Disappearing items have a long "tradition" in DSO. In such a case it is good to have a screen-shot you can present to the support. This might slightly increase your chance to be taken serious by the support.
