Well, this is more of a personal problem with DSO.

Onece I destroyed my Keen Boots and asked them to restore it, they said I contacted after 4 days so they cant. Well, it's alright since either me or they cant prove I actually dropped Keen's so, meh.
But this time I accidentally destroyed my 1v1 and 3v3 costumes. I have uest logs that have cleared me till 2nd level of both 1v1 and 3v3 costumes.
But they again won't restore my costumes -_-
I mean for god's sake man, I have completed the quests, I accidentaly destoyed the costumes,
Can't they show a little co-operation and restore them atleast?

On one hand they give us so many problems and bugs and expect us to deal with it, on other hand they won't even co-operate a little bit, this is very very not done.

  2. O...k.... let me see see if I have got this story straight: You "destroyed" (melted, sold or discarded) an item which Support workers were unable to restore and you later "accidentally" destroyed two PvP costumes and somehow this the fault of Support? Really?

    A couple of points:
    1) If Keens boots did drop for you and if you picked them up (items are not recorded in player logs on dropping, only when added to inventory), they could have been restored for you at any time up to two weeks later. Assuming you hadn't melted them.
    2) Not all discarded items are recorded in player logs - e.g. most consumables. If your PvP costumes could not be restored and they were only 2/5 costumes, you will eventually replace them with higher level PvP costumes anyway. Or you could request that your associated PvP quests be reset to "finished" so that you can get the costumes again. That would erase any progress in those quests that you have made after 2/5.
    3) Any dealings that you have with Support are in confidence. Do not discuss your ticket or their reply here in the Forum. Thanks.

If you have any questions/concerns about your Support ticket, contact Support and discuss it with them in a clear and polite manner.
