Seems that reward is some kind of map/key to gnob's shop, the picture is not my, i just copied it from fb. If this is the truth, this means that in future we can access his shop at any time we want(ofc you still need to complete the quest from "The rise of Dragan" event, and have this map).
I'm pretty sure i saw this idea somewhere here at this forum and that we commented it, i just can't find it. :S
PS: I can't access ts if anyone can confirm this it would be great.

I guess It's permanent.. "Now you can come to Gnob's home whenever you would like to". I don't think we would make this quest so long time for just onetime travel to his home. But still don't rely on that, I may be wrong.

Mmm i can see only a curve with an X on one side and some round thing on the other(maybe his cave/home).? Did you saw that on item icon?

 

I'm not sure if it is really "5". It's lowres so it may be really his cave.

That is not a number by the icon, stating the amount of maps or uses.

I see an X and another icon being connected by a curvy, dotted line, reminiscent of a trail or path to follow.

I don't know where Wild saw 5 times, or if she was trolling, but I'm sure it is permanent, else the quest description would say "...come to Gnob's house whenever you like, but only 5 times. You're not welcome afterwards, puny and stinky human"

 

Reward is ability to go to gnob whenever you wish to.

Ye i'm sure it's permanent, maybe this item is something like those quest items that are like keys(for example: that death cloak that is needed to enter for the first time in HoD) that disappear from the inv after first visit(i hope dev's will include new way point for that secret map, maybe thought Grimford?).

Ahh well i guess five times to use is good enough? :S It's stupid to make a brand new map and let the players use it for only 5 times, i hope they will place this key in some other event as a reward.
