Can you tell me what this c:/jenkings-slave is? All i can find is thats being used as master/slave configurations in server setups.
Or is this something from windows11? If not, you might want to try another OS arr arrrr

It is not OS related. It is a relative path that points to the computer being used by the Drakensang's developer or development team.

At first I foolishly got sidetracked, and thought it was something related to the @gingka319's computer, but then I saw that another old thread Bug - Crash in Blakborg | Drakensang Online EN reports the same path, and they are certainly different people.

Of course, if the game really tries to access a file on the developer's C: drive when running on any user's machine, it will finally generate a blocking error. But I am inclined to believe that it is only an incorrect and therefore misleading message, and that the "interesting" part is the technical one which informs about the specific nature of the error.

Definitely, the only one who can tell you more is the game support: if you don't report the exact error(s) text to them, or if on the contrary they don't respond anyway, then we're on a dead end. Or you might try to contact any of them directly on Discord, if you know how: I personally can't help you with this.

Without getting any help from dev's side, the only thing you can do is what I have repeatedly suggested: boot from clean external media, or format the hard disk. And see if something will go better.

c:\jenkinks-slave\workspace\.... is the path of source code files that cause exception....in your case ptr.h line 296. (I don't like using the full path in error messages especially in the version for the customer).
The error was caused by some operation on the UI icons.

Your pc specs are fine for DSO...the only strange thing, for me, is having GPU with 8MB and only 1x8GB RAM with Win11 and a monitor 144Hz
Try to setting gaphic card resolution at 60Hz...I don't think this cause the problem but try.

I assume you have downloaded and installed the latest version of the client (C:\Program Files (x86)\Drakensang Online),
downloaded all data file (%temp%\DSOClient) and use the DSOClient 64bit and not 32bit or a browser applet.

PS: I use win11 and work fine with dso
