    Hi,yesterday i push the button to take the rewards of ticket season bar and 2 premiums not activated 3+3= 6 days total lost..
    i send message to support not response yet..if there is new bug in bar fix it and then put it in live server ..otherwise not reason to play if the rewards not working..

    Yeah, they give premium as recompensate for bugs and it dont even work..., have the same problem 2x... wasted 6 days of deluxe. They should start to give premium as recompensate for lost premiums...

    The issue was reported a while ago and the team is still working on a solution. We'll ask for a proper compensation once the issue is solved.

    Grimmag server, and i hear and others players have the same problem with bar premium..

    8 days pass but nothing happen....techical support dissapear !! i send my problem and the bug that game has and no solution yet... !!!
