Tome of Insight, wrong countdown of timer,

    hello support,
    I have purchased a second tome of insight out of the 0nce returned ander when first tome of insight went off without any count down half way. now the second tome, yesterday when i log off was having approx 18 hours or more of balance timer before it is off. now when i log in today.. the tome is seen missing and is strange .. I think the timer is not working properly. the timer still countdown even when i am offline .. that means the three day buff went off agian without proper countdown. I am not taking a ticket to support becoz the first tome purchased ander was returned when it was missing half way down and this one i saw 18 hours or so and i dont have any proof of screen captures to show my claim. but i am certain that it is becoz yesterday the 25% was on xp buffs and i consider purchasing one more but forget to buy it before i log off.. so i have checked it twice or thrice about how much it is balance. server is tegan. plz help.


    Ooops, after two hours , my tome reappears with 17 hours remaining, now this is strange..
