trade down option for gems that need refined

    its quite unfortunate that i have alot of gems that are old style that i cant combine to the new ones. gem refiners are expensive and you dont get that much from dailies. how about a trade-in option on regular gems to free trade in towards one lower level qaizah gem instead of spending refiners to make the regular gem into a qaizah gem of same level. It would be great to get all my old style gems traded out to qaizahs even if i have to trade down. as it is the old gems are useless to me and taking up space and gem refiners just cost way too much andermant for me to invest
    please consider free trade-down of regular gems to qaizah gems, and if not free than one fair price to trade-down that accepts both gold and ander

    I would prefer a split option. I want to split my old royals gems into 3 old sacred / 9 old perfect gems in order to be able to refine them more easily and combine with other farmed qaizah gems.

    Not sure what way to deal with this 'problem' but yeah- one would like to see some kind of exchange system if possible. I - just like many other players- have lots of Royals that need to be converted but here are just my old style Royal Onyxes I'm left with:

    I completely agree. At 21,000 ander for 300 refiners it just isn't worth the trouble.

    A royal non offensive gem (diamond, amethyst, cyanite) requires 972 to convert. For royal offensive (ruby, onyx) is requires 1944 to convert.

    I understand DSO wants players to whip out the credit card and buy these refiners, and I'm sure that some did, but most players have more commonsense than that.
