Troubles buying special offers?

    I haven't been able to purchase any of the special offers sine October - any time I try I get an "unsuccessfully booked" message. Any of the other store offers can be purchased, just not the special offers. In November I submitted a support ticket and they said at that time it was a system wide failure. I just got the response from my last ticket (Dec 24) and they now state that since purchases work in the store, there is no problem - I should just pay full retail and never take advantage of special offers. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Anyone else have this problem?

    If you have bought it once, you cannot buy it again. Bad language/translation, or they just haven't updated that yet.

    I (among some other players too) had the same problem for months. What you need to do is:
    1st dont listen to troneck, he's playing a guessing game
    2nd go to classic payment, status and cancellation and delete all your paying information you entered upon last purchase
    3rd go to ingame shop, buy your special offer but uncheck the dialog box where it asks you to remember your information

    Special thanks to all the moderators and members of the support on this forum, I made exact same thread month or two ago and noone even bothered to help me out.
