Q: Does the Nian Beast Doll & Winter Festival Bag increase the drop rate of BGH items?
A: Yes! Use them if you have them.

Q: Is elemental essence effective against BGH bosses?
A: No, BGH bosses are immune to elemental essence.

Q: Do Azar and Paragon of Deceit contribute to the BGH progress bar?
A: Yes! And we are trying our best to update the map rework of the Maze of Blaze, too.

Q: Why are Balor and Mortis frozen after spawning?
A: This prevents the boss disappearing bug from last BGH. It has to stay this way for now.

Q: Balor isn’t following players and might resets its HP in the BGH map.
A: We are perfecting the solution and will update this issue very soon.

Q: Can you rework Old Glory set for Dragonknights?
A: We understand lots of you wish to change it, and we will certainly include this to the changes when we start reworking PvP and Class rebalancing.
