unable to see my 3 other avatars

in the avatar screen where the up and down arrows should be, there are none; never have been. In order to switch characters I have to log out and log back in. Is it me? Is it thee?

 

If I understood correctly you are talking about characters change?
If so, all you have to do is chose one of your characters by clicking on it. Later in game you can switch character only by selecting "switch characters" option, you don't have to log out and log in again.
If you can't see your characters then you should check if correct server is chosen.

 

I'm on the agathon server as are all of the others . If I click on "switch characters" I only see the one I am currently logged in as. I have seen screen shots of other players' avatars at the opening view, and they have an up/down arrow and the boxes that are blank on my screen have 'other characters' where I dont. Thats why I think this might be a game glitch. I didnt even know I was supposed to have other avatars showing, lol.

And how many characters do you have?

 

What are your characters names? We can see which server they are on.

 

Tillytoo... is it possible that you accidentally created each of your characters on separate a/cs? We have had a number of tickets from players who claim that their character vanishes whenever they log out and try to log back in later and that they have to create a new character each time. It happens when they get a little confused between the "login" field and the "Register now for free" field.

If you like, you can send in a ticket to Support listing the exact names of your characters and which server(s) they are on and this can be investigated for you.

BTW... The only character on the a/c where your Lvl 13 SW "Tillytoo" character is is.... Tillytoo.

 

You won't have other "avatars" (characters) until you create them (see below):

Those other players have other characters in those blank boxes because they have created them by pressing the big gold button at the bottom of the stack of blank boxes (it has a '+' symbol next to a person symbol). Each time you press that button, you can create a new character. Those "blank boxes" will remain blank until you press that button and make another character.

If you have done that already, on Agathon server, then there may be a problem.

p.s. The "trashcan" button is to delete a character. That will cost your account 200 andermant, though. Creating a character is free (except for the Steam Mech (Dwarf), unless you have a veteran character of at least (I think?) level 35).
