Simple... cheat.

In that video, the character has 12x40% HPotI runes and 3x40%IDotI runes. Accounting for the one "free" one of each that were obtainable from the Big Game Hunter event, that is 13xT4 runes from Gnob. Each T4 rune, if bought outright is worth 2000*3*3*3=54000 Draken. Even giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming that they used 13 of the "Rune of Enhancement" (one in each T3->T4 conversion), each rune would still be worth 36000 draken. To make all four of these runes would cost 468000 Draken. Those runes were only released about a year and seven months ago, so the individual in question would have to farm an average of over 24.6k a month to have achieved this. I know of no way to legitimately farm that much draken, so my only reasonable assumption is "they cheated" and didn't get caught... Yet. The only other explanation is that it is a video from test server and they have near unlimited resources, but instead of using it to test, they use it to show off on YouTube.
