Unlocking location problem

okay... Ive played with my friends and entered (for first time) Oceanus Opal Shrine on Painful .... Now Normal is still locked , restarted the game but nothing ? When I try to enter on normal my game stuck and I am only allowed to teleport myself into the last urban area ? i

Can you please elaborate on the problem? What do you mean by your game gets "stuck"?

I cant move my character.

 

It's probably an issue with permissions. The Normal mode requires you to complete some quests and unlock the zone using an item called a Water Key, while higher difficulties do not. I would suggest you go to drakensang.com website, log in and use the link to support in the upper right corner to write a ticket so they can examine your account closely and figure out how to resolve the issue for you.

hi,why i cant go to hiraja? ı have done all quest in lor'tac and also went to kingshills to magic carpet to get quest but only shopping shows.,. i am level 61 now.and also parallel world is
open.Please help...İ have read and search here and done the procedures,still nothing..Thanks

You have mentioned the correct requirements to unlock Hiraja from what I can recall. If you can't get the quest, please submit a ticket to support so they can examine your account and help you troubleshoot the matter.
