Visual indicator for when a unique item drops

    It is possible for a unique item to drop off-screen, if someone in your group splits apart, and kills a monster. Since there is a time limit to when these items disappear, i think its 5 mins, someone might lose that unique.

    The whole screen could have a glowing border flash to indiciate the unique dropped, or an icon popping up. Could also do an audio hint, but it would not help me since i play with the sound off.

    My apologies if there is already a way to tell if a unique drops and i was simply unaware of it.

    That is why a group should stick together. The big yellow spire of light is hard to miss as long as you are in the same area as your team.
