    You might have encountered problems when trying to connect to our server Werian:

    Our developers from DSO would appreciate it if some of you would who play on Werian do the following steps to help us resolve the connection problem as soon as possible.

    How can you help?
    1. Open your Command Prompt (you can find it under cmd.exe if you search on windows)
    2. Type in the following after the “>”: tracert drasaonline-816-game-01-pub-01.bigpoint.net
    3. Let the process run
    4. When it mentions TRACE COMPLETED, please send a screen shot of your Command Prompt to our support via www.drakensang.com/support
