    I am level 42, I finished the yellow quests in Andrakasch

    but I'm not an NPC for the portal that leads to the calm water bay
    I tested with another person who has access to the portal and it says level 41
    I don't know anymore if you need to have level 45 to have the portal

    Hi dear, yes you're right the correct level to enter is level 45... as I just have my DK hit level 45 & dang dang dang >> new quest appeared in Andra for Stillwater Bay

    Be patience & have some fun with events, you'll hit level 45 in blitz ;)
