What else is left to do other than parallel world quests?

I'm a level 31 ranger, and I've explored the cities at my level but there are no more quests left for me to do. I've visited Jarlshofn and Hogis Mine, and done all the quests I was offered in Torstrond, Iron Forest and Hailstone Mountains.

The only quests I have pending are the ones to do in parallel worlds: Grimmagstone and Ocean of Bones. I usually have a hard time finding a group of players to do them, so I came here to ask: what else can I do to level up? Going around killing millions of monsters until I reach lvl 45 is not very appealling... So I'm stuck with asking people to join me so I can do those parallel world quests.

Is there another option I haven't seen yet?

Go back to Hognis and join a group to farm Sigris for xp. You will have to come back to him until you reach level 36 then do the same thing with Gorga. You will still get new quests every time you level up but it wont be enough xp to level up each level.

So basically, the game turns pretty boring when you reach lvl 30... Too bad

 

Sadly yes... Getting those mid 30 level bumps are rough. I went through Temple Sector and Gorga over and over and over again. Temple is about 50,000 exp points at your level and Gorga is about 5,000 if memory serves me correctly.You'll get killed a lot, but go slow and it's possible to get through it.

It does get better, the 40's go relatively fast with large amounts of exp in quests.

I've never been a PvP player in any game, it's not "my thing", so I'll stick to the PvM I've got left. At least until I get too bored to keep playing

 

Having run a lot of Toons over the years, the only places a you should be getting stuck are level 25 and 35 both of which can be easily remedied if you are PVP-ing even just a little bit mixed with your XP Bonus Gem. If you are really impatient, buy the XP dragon pet. I'm pretty sure at your level you just haven't run the full quest lines for Hognis and Eternal Watch. If you are relatively soft and can't find a Sigris grinding party, you could go for the easy 6 elemental mini-bosses in Eternal Watch as they pay out handsomely in both loot drops and XP gain. The moment you hit 35, I would just hang out in Heart and sweep the fountain area while watching YouTube videos to stay distracted from the grind. If, on the other hand, you are in a good Guild or happen upon a decent party; go classic and just grind the snot out of the bosses. You'll never make decent XP gain fighting mobs of the exact same level. The best wilderness mobs are those that are about +1 to +2 your level.

 

same here and this is my second online game ever ...but fun..love solo.and am trying the parellel world solo now for weapon quest..love a challenge

Only that I leveled up to lvl 35 and got really bored, so now I'm with a different character, a lvl 29 mage, in a different server.
