What is wrong with log in

    Problem still exist can't download game - failed to verify the signature of downloaded file - , ticked sent , no answer , no advice .....
    I see that some people have the same problem. Need help.

    Sorry you are having trouble. I feel your pain. Doubt they will help you. Bigpoint doesn't even care enough about the game to put an Official announcement on forum to let you know they are even doing an update.

    Yes, and I, like an idiot, deleted everything and downloaded it again, hoping that I could log into the game х)

    Try again. I initially had the same issue logging in but it resolved itself after a third attempt.

    Techical support .... hhhhh Is anyone here who can help ? This section was created to have place where we can post about any technical problems. Does anybody from technical section read this ?

    As far as I know, only the moderators of the forum read the forum messages, but not any of the employees of BP itself; it's been this way for years. If several users report the same problem here, the moderators are likely to advise the development team of the issue.

    Support is a different function, handled by a different team. In my experience, they respond, but you have to be patient, and be prepared for a noncommittal answer along the lines of, "The development team is aware of the issue and is working on it."

    :(:(:(:( After the maintenance on 14/4 i can't login !!! with message "Nebula3 Application Error" !!!
    Please help!

    dont know if this will help but after each maintenance i .....

    uninstall game

    run "temp" & delete files

    run file:///C:/Users/HP/AppData/Local/Temp/DSOClient & delete files

    then install game
