What the hell is wrong with the servers ?

    Guys why i can't reach anybody from support or from here. I have totally enough... for 3 months now every day from 5pm to 1am i have 200 ping or more... It's total crap. Only in drakensang, everything else runs perfect every game and my internet connection too. What's wrong ? What the hell did happen in september because from that month i'm having 3x higher ms than before. I can't even finish 1 event because of this... Something is very [EDIT] with the server or the client. I never experienced this in 7 years.
