Why am i Slowing Down?

    only in groups my rate of fire slows down quit a bit,like 10%..
    even after 5-10 minutes,waiting for pings and map to load proper.
    only solo i see myself shooting faster like im suppose to.
    its so sluggish,seems like if someone is lagging we are all effected by it,
    anyone one else notice this problem?

    yes a lot..it is very frustrating,..in fact..i have even stopped game.im very suspicious and have these maleware things come up..that is also going on..but only when I log on to dso.it happens every other day..i have to run malware..quarantine that then extract it from system, I do feel there is something going on in the back ground..don't ask if others use my computer ..never..don't ask if I watch porn ..never...or face book...its really tight ..and I need to get further help from tech guys to dig deeper..as for the lag I can say I get that a lot..slowish guy shakin all over ..you have to wait..often it gliches , and your char is elsewhere from where you think you see him..that router is right beside up on shelf..almost shoved it right into the lap top...is it from the client ..? ive even tried game through browser..same..that error 21 thing seems to have stopped but I am suspicious of something going on almost every time I log on to site..!!
