why cant go online [Heredur connection issues]

owner not prepare in this event ?! becoz server make dOwn in snow event!

Yes, i have that error too it's not good. When i click on the event hard map and i go out from game and after i can't log. I'm in heredur.

 

Some of you guys should jump onto the U.S. West server, its practically empty...

 

i suggest kicking off people that havent logged in every day, some of us that are regular should have priority here! (Heredur server)

Add queue and cap all servers.

 

I Can't connect too , it's quite flustrating because so many efforts to get into the event map and then boom connection filed and it's constant
you should take the server down for as long as u need to get this fixed
and reward those who had lost access to events map esp map 2 .

 

Yep, Just logged on to Heredur, went to tele to Kingshill to visit the Queen and I've been locked out of the game. Not good.

 

I would in a heartbeat, but I'd lose all my chars - or at least I wouldn't, I'd still go on trying to play them all every day. Fool, fool fool!

 

Hiya, the team is looking into this issue, and having players who have contacted support running traceroute to locate the issue, seems it was a bigger issue than first thought.

All maps are active to control the numbers on the server too, so there shouldn't be anymore issues there.

 

This is absurd .... no way to play normal on Grimmag server .... I've tried to go from werian sancturay to Resistance command center 5 times and every time I got disconnected :-( I really can not play today .... back to normal life for me obviously

 

To me this is happening every time when i'm trying to enter event map 2

 

the past hour i have tryed about 40 times, not got in once.... any kind of update at alll?

We have same problem like yerstoday ....wen i tra to change Maps game kick me out is same for all ...Wath was fixed??
We Can't play ..how we can enjoy this event if u can't play it??
This is second day of event and Heredur still got same problem.

 

I have the same problem. Few hours ago everything's fine. I can go to hard event map. But now I can't enter the game since I'm trying to enter the event map2.

Problem occured on Heredur server.

 

There are even longer DC periods today (meaning being unable to connect to game for a longer time after DC). So any of fixes/adjustments done didn't help at all.

 

I'm outside the event map, and can't even log into Heredur.

 

This seems to be a connection problem, it stalls at "Connection is being established", you do one Retry, and it just keeps flashing that same message over and over. Perhaps you have maxed out the number of connections in the available connection pool. I had no problems on Heredur last night when the server load was ligher, now I can't get in this morning, most likely because the server connections are all used up.

 

it happened yesterday and it's happening today again... come on.... How am i supposed to do the event if it's always shutting off. I'm sure you wont prolong the event so fix the connection problems

 

Bigger server capacity, I remember PoE dev's was fixing exactly same issues in less than 5 hours.
