why cant i make tier 2 items with full moon items

    why can i not make a tier 2 blood rune belt when i have 4 of them. it says we could not find a matching recepe. it says on the item that an upgraded version of the item is available so do i need to use equiment refiners to update the items.

    You cannot craft uniques that way anymore. Yes, uniques that say that mean you can update them to the reworked versions, which will change their stats, but not level or tier. Also, it is said on each item how many refiners you need, though if you can just farm new ones, better not waste currency on refiners.
