Why not Sargon events monthly?

These "Moon" events are just annoying. I personally think the addition of random stat gear into game was a huge mistake. All of the gear, from event to PW. OH MY GOD, farm farm farm farm farm farm farm.............
At least Sargon events are something we all want and enjoy. Plus the addition of the "Kill Sargon 3 freakin gazillion times for an Amulet" quest makes that quest impossible at the rate of Sargon events coming into game.
After reading the thread about New and Full Moon, there's a line about the future of it and it possibly getting new content, gear etc....."possibly".
I will not farm for an event or PW that gives us random stat gear personally.
I will BUY andermant for Sargon events though. At least Sargon gear is what it says it is, nothing random about the stats unless you're planning on ruining that event gear too, which after enduring so many intelligent game decisions coming from dev & design, you probably WILL ruin Sargon gear at one point because it too will unbalance PvP or you'll justify some other fantasy based reason why it needs to be nerfed.
You figure it out DSO. Why can I still use portals to go into Sargon areas? The program is still active in game although the mobs are not Sargon event mobs, so just give us an event that is actually worth the time, effort and frustration to do.

 

I personally don't count moon events as events. For me they are boring as hell. Even though Full Moon have slightly improved ... New Moon is even worst than before.

In the same time sargon event is a real event not the fake one. Almost everyone enjoy it.
That quest for amulet by killing Sargon 999 times is the stupidest quest ever.
Quest that takes years to complete for unworthy item. That item is not good for old players and not good for new players as well. If you are stronger player which is playing longer time then you have better item than this amulet, almost certainly. If you are newer player and take that quest, by the time you finish it you almost certainly have become stronger player and you have already much better amulet.
So this quest is not good for anyone.

 

true we want Sargon event monthly full moon and new moon is not events collecting Relam Fragments then collect silver essance then collect Relam fragments then collect Fairy woods i really dont enjoy the game at all even with the changs still pathetic events wasting of time i will never put 1 cent on this kind of events u will loss tons of money big point you are over

 

I like Sargon but every month is too much. I think we should have at least one unique event every month though and by unique I mean not a monthly event like the moon events but something that comes once every few months.

 

Saw one I think Valentines Event back in 2012? Maybe 2011? That event was never repeated. One Easter Event way back when, that event was never repeated. 2 Stellar Gold events I think so far and seriously not very many Sargon events comparably. The essence event has happened maybe 4 times since game went out of open beta, maybe a couple more times but not very often. The viscanium event has been rather vacant too comparably. They all have either completely been taken away or rarely put into game.
It's like they don't even put the effort into the game anymore from the dev/design side to make it fun. No, it's not "It's like", it is a fact, they stopped trying a long time ago.
I'd like to see a different event too every month, not necessarily Sargon although it is my favorite, but events that offer a change of pace and gear that is 99.9% of the time NOT useless. Items that are useful.
These Moon events are just a huge waste of effort. That 1k draken possibility to entice people to do them is wrong. Even Gnob offerings are the same old stagnant nothing new items. They haven't changed much in the last 4 or 5 appearances.

 

I've voiced my opinion on this matter several times in the past and although not as detailed or elaborate, those posts pretty much mirrored the above. If the 'other' events are history at least let us know as I'm, and probably most others, toting a ton of items from those events that's taking a terrible toll on my meager storage space. Of course the 'moon' events have changed a bit (and to the good I might add) but a while back there was a poll that asked for your rating of the various events and I wish I could remember where the 'moon' events ended up at but I'm betting that many of the events that have semi-disappeared were rated much, much higher that the 'moon' events that run about every two weeks.

 

moon events are pretty useless. 3 moon events ago i had 700 realm fragments and now 0. so what i should do nothing else but farm realm fragments now? frg drop rate and event rate are not balanced.
say you took some buffs out. why not make a buff event? where is the pvp event? hell this is a pvp game right? i dont remember the last pvp event. moon events are ok for farming draken only and gnob comes so rarely we dont event know what we are farming drakens for...

events are aimed at the wrong aspects of the game...

 

I think Sargon every month would be too much to handle.. there are other things to do here except killing him all the time, and to be honest, I get sick of repeating m1/m2 when it's online for those couple of days, don't wanna go throught that every month xD

 

If they ever do a Sargon event like Sargon 3.0 again, I will delete my toons and sue the EDIT out of BP.
