Why?...why is there always something wrong with DSO

    First i try to get on my char for the dragan event...and then i log in...only to be told that the player is already online,after contacting support i tried to fix the issue by restarting the game...and then it wouldnt load the game or show the screen with the servers...i tried restarting the game but when i click enter after inputting my password..it resets over and over again ...
