Win 8.1 ...Problems?

Hi, Since updating to win 8.1, i am having problems playing the game.
I start normally, but after playing for a few minutes, everything stops, I fire at characters and nothing, I can still move my character around but cannot access anything or kill anything!! I have to reset the game it returns me to where I was, but now I am dead. I revive and again everything ok for a few minutes and then the same thing happens again..can this be win 8.1 ? or do I have other problems?
My server is TEGAN.. my character Rikie lvl45 ranger..

Try to play via thin client for me this is the only way i can play Dso on 8.1
i would suggest that u should check your graphic card drivers update

Thanks for the reply.. I am running on thin client, and my drivers and GPU are all up to date, and I have 16Mb DDR3 ram.. I have been playing every day now for 18months, and only have had this trouble since going to win 8.1..I play on Tegan, I played on one of the other servers for over an hour, and had no problems !!!

 

Well u've got a answer for your question ,Tegan seems to have a lot of issues ...

 

Let me know if u fix this issue rik, im upgrading soon and dont want to come across the same problem

 

I also have win 8.1 and sometimes have the same problem on Agathon server as Rikki bear. Currently I am unable to even log in. It has been about a week now that I haven't been able to play. I thought that perhaps it was the Java plug in, and I uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail. I also tried unchecking the terms and conditions box and rechecking it...what else can I do to get on?

Hi there,
I am having trouble logging in. I have cleared my internet browsing history, cookies, catch, temp files, download history, and form data. I uninstalled and reinstalled darkensang and I updated Java but I still get a blank black screen with DRO thin client showing. I am at a loss. Please help. I tried to attach a picture but I don't know how to sorry. It happened after I downloaded something that was on the darkensang screen but I can't remember what it was. I thought it was supposed to help darkensang run better.
