How do I contact the game team? (I keep seeing CM...)

    I keep seeing CM Greg, Moderators, the likes around the forums. I'd like to get in contact with them because the online support team is not helpful in the slightest.
     
  2. The CM Greg reads the forums (not every thread mind you as he has more of a job than just reading every post that shows up here) and will occasionally make comment (usually in the "Comment on your Community Managers" thread.)

    The moderators simply serve to keep the forums clean, and free of garbage and various nastiness.

    Support's purpose is to answer more technical problems that might not be easily handled on the forums. If you are having an issue with the support member handling your ticket, you can always ask that they elevate it. However, please realize that the Support Team must abide by their rules (set by the people you would be elevating your problem to), so if you simply don't like being told "No" and think that by getting someone else involved will change the answer, you are probably in for a shock. If the support member is actually being rude, unprofessional, or condescending, you may have a case.

    Well in my opinion it would be pretty helpful to the game team to read every (at least new) post on these forums,
    or even have a way of being contacted.

    First unprofessional. Then Rude. Yes, that sounds right.

    How do I get my tickets escalated if I can't even get a response?
     
  4. Reading your post in the CM area, you feel you deserve compensation for some issue. They feel you do not. If they are following their procedures, you won't get a different answer no matter how high up the chain you go.

    Creating an account for the purpose of circumventing a ban is not allowed. The ban itself comes from a couple of factors, among them, me making contact with the support team and learning that you were posting misinformation about your interactions with them, and you were being deliberately antagonistic by using language you knew would be censored.

    Before your vacation is over, I suggest you read the rules better and more thoroughly.
